To read reviews, you will need to enter the genuine email address and/or phone number provided by your potential customer during their inquiry on your website. If the customer is already in the encrypted database, you’ll be able to view the number of businesses that have reviewed them, along with an average rating based on feedback from these businesses.
To submit a review, simply enter the customer’s email address and/or phone number and rate your general experience with your customer, using a scale of 1 to 5 stars. To maintain fairness, reviews should only be submitted following a legitimate exchange. Rest assured, all reviews will remain anonymous.
To earn credits, simply provide your previous customers’ email address, along with your genuine review. For added security, all email addresses are securely validated and hashed, ensuring they remain invisible to anyone (even us). After a successful instant email verification, you’ll receive a free credit that never expires, which can be used for future free searches.
Hashed email is a version of an email address that has been transformed using a hashing algorithm into a fixed-length string, making it impossible to reverse back to the original email.

Yes, any business and service providers can sign up to start reviewing past clients and read reviews about potential new clients.
No. You can only view a customer’s average star rating and the number of businesses that reviewed them if you have their email address or a phone number they provided, and they’ve agreed to your privacy policy which must state they may be reviewed on this platform. This is not a public directory. You need specific customer information to perform a lookup.
Yes, you can change, delete or bulk delete your own reviews at any time.
No. Once you submit emails and/or phone numbers to review your customer/s, whether individually or in bulk, they are immediately hashed and encrypted before being stored in our database.
This means the emails and phone numbers are no longer available in plain text, not even to us. When you search for a review, the system hashes the input data and checks it against the stored hashed records. If there’s a match, you’ll get a result. Because of this secure process, it’s not possible to retrieve or view the original emails after submission.
Average scores are update in real-time as soon new reviews are submitted.
Yes, each client (if in the database) will shows the total number of reviews along with their overall average rating.
